Silk Care 

All of our silk garments are made from 100% silk. Due to the nature of silk being a delicate, natural fibre, please treat with care and keep your silk garments away from heat, such as hot water, hairdryers, hot irons, and avoid exposing to direct sunlight. Dry clean only; we recommend steaming as opposed to ironing your silk garments. 

Jewellery Care

All Pilgrim Jewellery is gold or silver plated. To keep your pieces in optimal condition, please remove before sleeping, showering, cleaning, applying perfume or doing sports, you are preventing it from oxidation. In the event your jewellery would be exposed to water or humidity, we recommend you clean it with a soft cloth.

Store your new pieces in a cool, dry place. 

New Zealand Standard Shipping

Once your order has been confirmed and processed you should receive your product within 2-5 working days. Our standard national delivery cost is $10NZD.

Please allow for an additional 24-48hrs to the standard delivery times for rural areas.

We do not accept P.O box addresses and only accept physical addresses.

All of our packages require a signature on delivery. If you do not require a signature, please specify in the “comments box” where you would like the courier to leave your package.

Need it now? 3 hour Auckland Courier

We offer a 3-hour courier shipping within Auckland CBD. Order before 1pm to receive your order the same day. This service is only available Monday-Friday. Our Auckland Same Day Courier cost is $20NZD.

Australia Shipping

All items purchased in our online store will be shipped to your location for a $35NZD shipping charge when your payment is processed.

International Shipping & Duties

If you’re ordering outside of New Zealand or Australia, the following shipping charges apply:

All online purchases will be shipped to your location for a standard courier fee of $50NZD once your payment is processed. Please note orders being delivered to countries considered long haul may incur additional charges.

Please note, international rural orders may require additional shipping. You will be contacted about this once your order has been placed and shipping has been calculated.

International delivery is made by DHL Express and takes between 2 and 5 days. For our returns policy please see "Terms and Conditions".
