ORDERING
Ordering Online
To make a purchase online simply choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. Register your email and delivery details, complete payment details and submit your order. We will then email a confirmation of your order and again once it is processed and dispatched.
Shipping Address
Please provide a street address for delivery as our courier signature required service can not deliver to PO boxes.
Changing Order
Your order cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.
Colours
Colours can vary depending on the monitor you are viewing the item on. Due to this variance we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). Prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. The total cost of your purchase will be shown in your local currency on your credit card statement at the conversion date. Local import duties and taxes may apply in some countries when you receive your goods and will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay this.

DELIVERY
NEW ZEALAND
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you should receive your product within 2-5 working days if it is being sent to a New Zealand address.
A standard delivery charge of $10 applies to anywhere in New Zealand.
INTERNATIONAL
With delivery outside of New Zealand, the following charges will apply:
AUSTRALIA – FREE SHIPPING ON ALL NEW SEASON STOCK - REDUCED ITEMS SHIPPING RATE NZ$25 WILL BE ADDED WHEN PAYMENT PROCESSED
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA) – FREE SHIPPING ON ALL NEW SEASON STOCK - REDUCED ITEMS SHIPPING RATE NZ$50 WILL BE ADDED WHEN PAYMENT PROCESSED
International delivery is made by airmail and can take up to 14 working days.
Please note: International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes and are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

PAYMENT
Credit Cards
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment by credit card will be redirected to an encrypted DPS payment Express gateway where you will be asked to input your credit card details. Your information will never be disclosed or sold by KW Trading Ltd.
When paying by credit card you will be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address.
We will email you to confirm dispatch.

RETURNS
Returns Policy
KW Trading Ltd is committed to providing quality products and service to our customers.
We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something is not correct, please let us know.
Please return goods to us in original condition, unworn and with labels attached within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange it for you.
If you need to exchange an item, your first exchange will be delivered free, however any exchange there after will incur a delivery cost charged at normal rates.
Refunds will be made to the original payment.

Please note we recommend that your parcel is registered/tracked as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items.
Faulty Products
KW Trading Ltd will replace or refund any item/footwear deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. Please return any item with the completed Returns Form you received with your order or download here. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us at +64-9-446 1004 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Should a fault appear after an item has been worn/used, it would be appreciated if you could clean it prior to returning it to us.
